Corporate / Commercial NQ Solicitor

This leading firm is looking for a corporate / commercial solicitor to join their team due to expansion. You will primarily be producing and advising upon general commercial agreements (terms and conditions, supply contracts, software agreements, distribution agreements and business sales and purchases. You will also assist with corporate reorganisations, share schemes, secured financing arrangements and shareholder investments. You will work under supervision of a very supportive partner in a friendly team.  As you gain more knowledge and experience you will assume more responsibility. You should have strong client facing skills and a real interest in furthering your career as a commercial / corporate lawyer. Ideally you will be NQ-2 yrs PQE.
